Unisource/ Georgia Pacific

This project was a corporate built-to-suit with two-story of mezzanine of about 50,000 square feet of office and 304,000 square feet of warehouse manufacturing space. This building utilized insulated concrete panels for the exterior of the building, high efficiency air handlers, and a white membrane roof to reflect the sun and minimize heat gain.  The project features kitchen and cafeteria, conference space, training facility and 38 dock positions.

Mr. Smith lead the site planning and development efforts as well as created the project budget and schedule. The site plan included  an option to expand the building by an additional 200,000 square feet.   He also worked closely with the local municipalities to design and permit the building make ensure the schedule was maintained and oversaw all aspect of construction as project manager.
